I am the Chief Telecommunications Systems Engineer working for the International Military Advisory and Training Team (Sierra Leone) (IMATT (SL)) based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Our organisation is mainly staffed by members of the British Army and we provide direct support and advice to the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces. We have isolated detachments located throughout Sierra Leone and use VSAT internet as the backbone to our computer network.

For the past 8 months, and following problems from local internet providers, MM Telcom has provided us with the solution to our internet requirement, supplying the equipment, bandwidth and technical support necessary for a reliable, fast and efficient system. The level of support both in installation and operation has been excellent and a speedy response to any problems has always been forthcoming. IMATT (SL) currently have six 1.8m C-Band satellite antenna installations and would have no hesitation in commissioning further sites using MM Telcom should the need arise

Following our telephone conversation of yesterday and my discussion with my father I will like to confirm all to you that we had concluded yesterday with the telephone has to know: given that we enormously appreiate the service offered by mmtelcom it is difficult for us to consider our separation of MMtelcom even the difficult financial conditions we accpet to change plateform in order to continue has to be serve by mmtelcom. Micheal we accept to pay 2500 euro to acquire new materiel. However as we had agreed yesterday with the telephone these 2500 euro will be paid in two sections. the first section of 1250 euro this week and the second of 1250 euro one month later. In the level of the band-width I believe that we would have the same flow In the past you say to me that with the new terminal the band-width will be less expensive. Micheal I will apprecierai that you say to me how much that will cost me for the same type of band-width which I currently have

I traveled to Ghana a couple of years ago. Lovely country, great people, truly enjoyed the experience. Too bad the cedi is so devalued. Anyways, I am leaving for Africa, so I don't have all the information you requested with me, nonetheless let me give you my impression of M&M so far.

1. The prices for equipment and service were nonnegotiable, so whatever is listed on the website is the price we paid and the price you are going to pay.
2. Their customer service is incredible. Mr. Michael Marom is prompt, responsive and professional.
3. So far, 2 months, their equipment has been reliable and the internet service uninterrupted.
4. The installer from Douala Cameroon was excellent in every way.
5. we purchase the 256/128 to service approximately 20 computers 6. we do not have a dedicated line 7. MAKE SURE YOU GET C instead of Ku to protect yourself from service interrupt on rainy days.

Talk is cheap, it is true! Nowadays, especially, companies will make empty promises just to lure customers.
Our experience with Michael of MM Telcom has been surprisingly positive.
Michael traveled all the ways to Côte d'Ivoire to show that his service really works, unlike that of this Belgian company we were dealing with.
With a connection half the speed of what were supposed to get from the Belgians, the performance with the MM Telcom set up was a lot better and a lot smoother. Michael went the extra mile to work with our technicians, to train our installer, reconfigure all the computers, and spent some time sharing his business experience and teaching them business sense.
